I love finding new words to incorporate into the stories =) Yeah, regency romances includes a lot of French, I try to stay away from it somewhat, but since regency England upperclass spoke a lot of drawing room French, I can't entirely, and since they called themselves the ton, there's only so much I can do about that LOLGoldeniangelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09929993797333679857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6217074073557732596.post-49394024216713299602014-11-16T22:21:23.967-05:002014-11-16T22:21:23.967-05:00Unfortunately I don't seem to have gotten the ...Unfortunately I don't seem to have gotten the email, but you can always email me directly at goldeniangel@gmail.com =)

Thank you!Goldeniangelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09929993797333679857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6217074073557732596.post-90499286678212985702014-11-16T17:08:30.982-05:002014-11-16T17:08:30.982-05:00Almost forgot. I'm guessing if I read regency romances I would know "ton" or "le bon ton." (I do read in many genres including Amish, "women's fiction" and the sort of romances that Robyn Carr or Charles Martin write. Plus all the 'usual suspects' genres in books that guys read.)

Here is a term I learned recently that you may find useful: "cutty sark." Or, I may be embarrassed to find it is common as heck in period romances. Anyway, one of the things I prize as a reader is learning new stuff. LOL. Might effect my rankings, but as long as the fans are happy that's good enough for me! Plus, hopefully it means they'll write me really nice reviews once the book DOES come out =PGoldeniangelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09929993797333679857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6217074073557732596.post-81014004062053559082014-11-05T00:03:20.068-05:002014-11-05T00:03:20.068-05:00Thanks! I think my designer does an amazing job, and even though I did nothing but pick the original picture and then nitpick at the drafts she sent me, I still get warm fuzzies from knowing that people love it!
