Hathor Teaser

So, here's another glimpse into the book I'm writing for my Dark Angel pen name, the hucow / breast milk fetish one.  Granted, it's probably not for everyone, but hopefully some of you will find it interesting =)

"Welcome aboard, welcome, thank you," said Warden Kase, a stout man of middling age with a large bald spot on the front of his forehead.  He was a remarkably cheerful Warden, probably Leo's favorite.
Leo had been representing Hathor and choosing the new cows for about five years now, and the prison ships came around about twice a year.  So far he'd met four different Wardens, but he felt that Kase had the best handle on the inmates' states of mind and on recommending their placements.
He smiled a greeting at the other representatives, whom he all recognized; Carolina from Hebe, Morgan from Xanthos, and Brock from Seirios.  Carolina had been a representative for about ten years, but she never seemed to tire of it.  A lot of representatives eventually got bored with finding new immigrants and placing them, or they found their own reason to stay at home in the form of a special pet or (in Hebe's case) a little.  But Carolina remained unattached.  Morgan had started representing Xanthos around the same time as Leo, and this was Brock's second time on board one of the prison ships.  Still, privately Leo thought that Brock had done well last time, choosing who he would be taking back to Seirios with him.  He was sure Brock would do well again.
It was important work.  All of their worlds needed new blood coming in to cater to the citizens' desires.  But they had to choose carefully.  After all, the men and women they were choosing from were criminals.  None of them hardened, but they weren't innocent either.
The Allied Worlds preferred a humane approach to dealing with most criminals.  Most established planets, unless they rigorously controlled immigration like Hathor and the others did, had an overpopulation problem.  They didn't want to house inmates in prisons.  Besides which, the Allied Worlds also had an abhorrence for unproductive members of society.  Everyone was expected to contribute in some manner to the betterment of humanity.
Criminals were, therefore, either sent to places like Hathor - where at least someone would getsome use out of them - or on to the Colonies where they'd be forced to be productive just to survive.  Non-violent criminals got three chances, and then they were given the choice: one of the four prison planets or the colonies.
Thankfully, most of them chose one of the prison planets.
Well, thankfully for men and women like him.  Leo knew that his own fetish wasn't considered normal by most of the Allied Worlds, but it didn't matter.  On Hathor, he wasn't alone.  And there were enough people on other worlds buying their product to make their herds well worth the effort and money put into them, also proving that quite a few people had their own secret fetishes.  Of course, some of the milk was used for children in hospitals or orphanages, etc., but some of it also went to private buyers.  Leo happened to know that the Hegemon of Earth was one such.  When the man retired, it wouldn't surprise Leo at all if he emigrated to Hathor.
"Good to see you again, Kase," Carolina said briskly.  Then again, she did everything briskly.  Her slick, straight red hair was cut at her chin so that it swung back and forth when she moved her head, making her movements seem even more staccato.  "How many do we have this time?"
"Only twenty-five, but I think it's a good batch," Kase said cheerfully as he closed the airlock behind them.  "I'd be surprised if any of you go home with no one, and even more surprised if any of them end up heading to the colonies."
"Good," said Brock with relief in his voice.  The others looked at him, and he blushed.  Although he was obviously a dominant man, he knew that the others had far more experience than him in this situation, and it made him slightly shaky on confidence.  Plus, he was young, Leo estimated only in his mid-twenties.  Leo himself was thirty-one, and he was the closest in age to Brock.  "We've had an influx of new citizens lately, and all of them have been clamoring for pets.  Unfortunately, we haven't had a similar influx of citizens desiring to fulfill that position."
They all nodded their heads in understanding.  That was the way of it sometimes when it came to new citizens for worlds with such particular customs; there was rarely a complete balance of dominants to submissives.  The inmates from the prison ships helped out some, of course.  They weren't always entirely eager, but they were voluntary, and most of them ended up quite happy in their new situations.  If they weren’t, they could always go to the Colonies instead.

"Well then," Kase said, leading them down the sterile grey hallway, towards the main part of the ship.  "Let's get started then."

From Terra - Last Chapter

Wow, I can't believe I've finished From Terra!  The last chapter is now out on Literotica =)  It definitely feels like an accomplishment considering I started the series almost a decade ago and I'm just finally getting around to finishing it!  I can't remember how I had originally planned to have it go / end, but I'm really happy with what ended up going on in it.  Good practice for playing with alien cultures too.  It's very possible that, when I get around to writing books set in the future, Brik might show up in them =P  He was definitely one of my favorite characters.

I've also written a last chapter for Tomboy Tease and submitted it.  I won't lie, it's not at the same level as a lot of the other stuff I've written lately, but that story was always meant to be a "quick jerk" kind of story.  So the last chapter is short.  Some people might be disappointed if they were hoping for a more involved story line.

However, the third series that I'm going to finish, Homeschooled is definitely going to be longer.  It's kind of funny, because the main character in that reminds me of Chryssa in some ways, although she's never going to be quite as blatantly sexual.  But she's definitely curious, passionate and motivated by pleasure.  Good times!  I'm looking forward to getting started on that, and if I manage to finish it this year (which, I can't imagine why I wouldn't, at this point), then I'll have completed one of my goals for 2015!  Which will be great =D

In the meantime... I'm hard at work on Marriage Training.  Facebook fans are getting occasional tidbits from the new section of the book.  Unfortunately, I'm not going to have a release date for this one for a while, even as I get closer to finishing it, because I have an agent that's interested in the book which may mean that it will go through a traditional publisher, rather than being self-published.  Which I'm super excited about, but it does mean that things are a little more up in the air about when it will come out.  But, I've got plenty else going on in the works...

I'm close to being 1/3 of the way through my Dark Angel novella.  I'm also starting to work on an outline for the Stronghold novella, figuring out what's going on with all the characters and what's going to be happening from their POV.  Should be fun!  Hopefully I can keep up the writing pace that I've had going for myself the past couple of weeks, because I've been feeling VERY productive.

Round Robin Rambling

I feel like I'm playing Round Robin with my stories.

I'm basically concentrating on one chapter at a time of each.  So far it's working out well though!  I'm getting a decent amount of writing done =)  I've finally finished From Terra, and that should be coming out sometime this week (yay!) and so I'm going to finish Tomboy Tease next.  I'm only going to take one chapter to finish that one before moving on to Homeschooled, which is going to be a longer series.  I'm definitely looking forward to that one, because I've come up with some interesting ideas for it =D  A little different than stuff I've done in the past.

Marriage Training and my Dark Angel book are coming along.  Haven't decided what to call the Dark Angel book yet.  I think the series is going to be called either Planets Apart or Worlds Apart.  I just don't know what to call each individual title.  I feel like it should have something to do with what the story is about, to indicate... but I've never named a story like this before.  Planets Apart - Hucow Heaven.  Heh heh... except that it's not supposed to be heavenly exactly.  Blech.  These are the weird things that go through my head when I'm trying to decide on things like titles.  If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to shout out!

I've decided to make the next Stronghold novella a compilation of different POV.  Leigh and Jared will have a lot of it, but the rest will be divided up between the other characters.  I'm looking forward to getting a peek into some of the old characters lives, as well as finally getting a glimpse of those who haven't had books yet!  Plus, it will be a good way for me to introduce some characters that are around, but who haven't gotten much attention (like Mike and Ellie).  Thank for everyone who put in their opinion on that one, it was pretty clear what people want and that always helps me out a lot!

In the meantime... I've got the busy season of my day job going on, which means working extra hours, trying to put together cosplays for the two Conventions I'm going to this year, my best friend's 30th birthday party, bridesmaid duties for another friend's wedding in April (shower and bachlorette party in Feb), ack!  Things are a bit crazy right now.  I'm excited about all of it though.  I'm taking my bestie on a surprise trip to Vegas (SO EXCITED), which I've never been to before... this is kind of my year for doing some big trips before hubby and I stop preventing children.  I say it that way because we're not exactly going to be ACTIVELY trying to have kids, but I'm going to go off my birth control this fall.  Eep!  utterly terrifying is what that is.

Anyway, since I know some of you are nerds and might appreciate this (okay, won't lie, I kinda just wanna share because I'm so freaking excited about my Cosplays)... for the Conventions I've got a variety of outfits going on.  My Black Canary outfit (which if you're a facebook fan, I'm pretty sure I posted a pic of myself in it last year) is completely finished - I was going to try to make a new jacket for it, but that's on the back burner until I'm done with my other stuff.  My Harley Quinn Burlesque outfit is complete, just waiting for the hat, which is on order.  I'm almost done with my River Song outfit, I just need the right wig and to make the belt and gun and do some easy alterations on the dress I have (I'm doing her green dress outfit).  My next big project is making a Death Eater outfit for hubby and Bellatrix Lestrange's dress for myself.  Pretty damn excited about ALL of that.

My friends and I are going in groups.  Black Canary and Green Arrow are what hubby and I did last year (and this year I'm particularly excited because Stephen Amell from CW's Arrow is going to be at DragonCon and you'd better believe we're planning on getting our pic with him while we're in our cosplay) and was a major hit.  Two of our other friends are doing Hawkeye and Black Widow so that we have a DC vs. Marvel thing going on =D  For the Batman stuff, we're doing a Burlesque / Victorian thing - bestie and I are doing Harley Quinn and Catwoman, the guys are doing Joker and Riddler.  And for HP we've got two death eaters, Bellatrix, Narcissa, and Umbridge.  I'm really looking forward to kid reaction on that one.

So yeah.  This is what I do with my free time.  Honestly, sometimes I'm amazed I have free time with which to do this shit.

From Terra Ch. 20 & Your Thoughts For Stronghold

Happy Friday!!!!

Even better news - the second to last chapter of From Terra is now out on Literotica!  By popular reader request, there's been a return from a character that Chryssa met at House Exotica.  Next chapter is the last one and will conclude the HEA for Chryssa =)  I'm pretty excited about it... she's been a lot of fun to work with.  Honestly, she's one of my favorite characters because she's so very honest about what she wants and needs.  In some ways, she's kind of my woman's lib character.  She's completely unapologetic about being greedy for pleasure, makes the best of any situation, and isn't going to back down from what she wants - and she doesn't see anything wrong with that.  She's totally shaken off the sexual repression of Terra and embraced being herself and enjoying herself.  As much as I enjoy writing the reluctant stuff and seduction with lots of blushing and protesting, Chryssa has been a seriously refreshing change.  I'll probably write more characters like her in the future.

In the meantime... I'm chugging along with the rest of the my writing.  It's harder because I'm also getting busier and busier at work, and the next few months are always my slowest writing time because of that.  But I'm still getting some done here and there!  The past couple of days I've actually gotten quite a bit done, which has been great.  Next week I'll share a teaser for Marriage Training.  I've got a few edits to make on what I've got so far, but then I'll be putting it up =)

I haven't even started on the next Stronghold story, because right now I'm kind of torn.  The original novella was supposed to be from Jared and Leigh's point of view, setting up their full-length book, mostly because there's some stuff that's going to go down that I don't want to make part of the book (because the book would end up being gargantuan), but that I didn't want to do as flashbacks / exposition either.  I hate flashbacks.  I figured doing a novella would be the best way to do it... but now I'm kinda wondering if maybe I should include other POVs in the novella.  Use it to set-up Breaking the Chain, but also to give a glimpse into the lives of those characters that have already gotten their books.  Maybe even to give a glimpse into the lives of those characters that HAVEN'T gotten their books as well.  Also, it would give me a way to introduce far more sexy time into the book.

So... thoughts?  Should I keep the novella just focused on the two main characters, or have it spread out over the other characters as well?

Coming Soon... Dark Angel

So, I don't actually have a release date for anything right now, mostly because it's busy season at my day job so my free time / writing time has gotten substantially less... but I'm still working on stuff.  Just don't know when I'll be done with it =D

But, I wanted to talk a bit about the stuff that I'm working on.  I've mentioned the quartet that I'm going to be writing for my Dark Angel pen name a couple of times, figured I should blog a little bit more about it specifically.  It's set in the future when humanity has spread out among the stars and are living on different planets, most of the planets belong to the Allied Planets.  There are outlaws, of course, which is why there's a need for the AP.  The biggest rule among the Allied Planets is that everyone needs to be productive.  Criminals, especially, are considered unproductive and are usually given two choices (depending on the severity of their crime) - relocation to either the Colonies or one of four planets that cater to certain fetishes.  Slang term - prison planets.

The Colonies are dangerous and (like Australia once was a penal colony) filled with criminals, so most people don't really want to go to them until they've been civilized a bit.  Especially women.  SO people with lesser crimes often want to go to the prison planets.  The planets advertise themselves to the inmates, who then make a choice, but they also have to be chosen by a representative of the planet.  Here's the rundown:

Hathor
Named for an ancient goddess, half human and half cow, the population of Hathor is a male-dominated society, with a few prominent female citizens.  Hathor is one of the richest planets in the Aligned Worlds due to rare mineral deposits within its crust.
Inmates chosen for Hathor will be given a painless injection that will alter their body chemistry, increasing breast size and stimulating lactation.  The secondary export of Hathor is breast milk, which is acquired from the herds of female 'cows.'  You will have no responsibilities other than to produce this product.  You will be sheltered, fed, watered, pleasured and cared for.

Some of the cows are chosen as personal pets by the citizens and live in their main houses.  The rest are housed together.  At the age of fifty, all non-pet cows are retired, their body chemistry returned to normal, and spend their next fifteen years either watching over the herd or assisting in their master's household.  At sixty-five, herd cows are allowed to choose to continue in their current position or retire to one of the many group homes.
Hebe
Hebe was the Greek Goddess of youth and the planet was so named for her as the native fauna and flora has many rejuvinating qualities that are used in lotions and treatments throughout the galaxies.  It is also appropriately named, because of the customs of the citizens.
Inmates who choose Hebe as their final destination will be taken as a bride or groom by one of Hebe's leading citizens.  Marriages on Hebe are unlike marriages in the rest of the Aligned Worlds, however, and inmates should be aware that they will be treated as the irresponsible and naughty little boys and girls that they are.  You will be housed, clothed, fed, instructed and punished when it is deserved.
Customary punishment on Hebe includes spankings, strappings, birchings, canings, enemas, nudity, and the withholding of sexual pleasure.  You will have no rights other than the ones granted to you by your spouse, however, you will be cared for completely and no lasting or permanent harm ever comes to the inmates chosen as little spouses on Hebe.
Seirios
Located in Canis Major, the inhabitants of Seirios are animal lovers, especially of cats and dogs, although some more exotic earth animals are represented as well, such as foxes and rabbits.  However, these animals are mostly represented by the inmates that end up on Seirios.
Clothing and decorative anal plugs are used to approximate the look of these animals, and the inmates are adopted as pets by the citizens of the planet.  As a pet, you will learn to do tricks, please your masters, and behave.  Pets are pampered and well cared-for by their loving owners.  Abuse of pets is not tolerated, however, corporeal punishment is an acceptable manner of corrective errant behavior.
Xanthos
Famed for its unique and irregular stables, Xanthos is also famous for its extravagant tournaments, featuring trained pony girls and boys which are taken from among the inmates who express an interest in Xanthos.  If you are willing to work hard at your training, you can become a prize-winning and pampered steed.  Those who are not are relegated to more menial tasks.  A few well-trained ponies are taken into the local households, usually after having won coveted prizes.
Older ponies are taken care of in group homes, following their retirement, unless they have been taken into a household.
The description was lacking, but Xanthos was the first to have pictures.  Lots of pictures.  Men and women, mostly naked, with plumed tails hanging from their bottoms and strange looking shoes strapped around their feet.  Some were strapped to carriages, some were running over what looked like obstacle courses, and all of them were smiling happily.

So those are some clips from the book so far =)

I'm currently working on the first book, which will be about a woman who goes to Hathor, Margaret.  She did the future equivalent of drinking and driving and ended up running her vehicle into a pre-school, accidentally killing several children.  Because she's a good person who made a horrible mistake, she's pretty upset, and absolutely thinks that she deserves her punishment; in fact, is worried about getting off too easily.  Becoming a hucow, put in a herd where she can't hurt anyone and is taken care of for the rest of her life, sounds almost too good to be true at this point in her life.  Especially because she knows some of the milk that hucows make go to orphanages and children across all the Allied Planets, so it's a way of atoning.  What she doesn't expect is for the representative for Hathor, Leo, to take an interest in her from the very beginning.

Angel's Reading: Tracey St. John's Kalquorian Series

Something I haven't done in a while - plug other authors!  I know, I need to get better about that.  Right now I'm on a major sci-fi kick, especially aliens and alien abductions.  I recently starting reading Tracy St. John's Kalquorian series and man am I hooked... not just on this series, but overall her as an author.  I've read some of her other stuff as well, but I will admit it's the Kalquorians that really hold my attention.

It's not just the steamy scenes (of which there are plenty), or the hot alpha males (yummy), but it's also the amount of world-building and character building that goes into her books.  She does a fantastic job of creating more than one believable alien culture.  Not to mention, a frighteningly believable human culture of the future.

Earth has progressed to space travel, but culturally it has regressed to some of the worst times in human history, especially for women.  St. John touches on themes already found in today's newspapers - blaming women for their own rapes, punishing both the aggressor and the victims, shaming people for any kind of sexual thinking, women as second class citizens, banning homosexuality, etc.  However, in her version of Earth's future, it goes way beyond that.  Crimes of a sexual nature are the worst thing possible, women who are found guilty of a sexual crime (including inciting a man to rape) are punished even worse then the men who are guilty of the same crime or who have raped them.

Book 1 (Alien Embrace) is about an Earther woman, Amelia, visiting the planet of Plasius, where she's been invited to show off her art.  It's on Plasius that she meets her first Kalquorians.  Earth has already begun anti-Kalquorian propaganda.  Unknown to Amelia and most citizens on Earth, the Kalquorians had approached Earth's government (which is highly religious) to see about testing human females to discover if the two species are compatible, since Kalquorian women are becoming scarce and their race is dying out.  Earth freaks out and doesn't wants its women anywhere near these "lustful, raping beast."  So when Ameila meets them, she's pretty torn about how much to interact with them, since it could get her into major trouble back home.

Kalquorian "clans" are made up of four members to create one family unit.  The Dramok (the leader), the Nobek (the fighter), the Imdiko (the healer) and the Matara (the female and lifebringer).  Mataras have always been cherished, and are becoming even more so now that their numbers are dwindling.  When it's discovered that Amelia IS capable of breeding with the clan that's currently on Plasius, they basically kidnap her and things really start rolling from there, not just with the book, but with the entire series.

St. John not only delves into Kalquorian culture, but also Plasius, and we also meet a bunch of other alien species with their own separate cultures.  She does an incredible job of exploring the human psyche as well, especially when it comes to the women who have been living under Earth's patriarchal and religious rule which has done its best to crush them.  I absolutely love reading about the different clans and the way they woo their women, especially as Earth and Kalquor go to war after a human woman ends up being a Kalquorian empress.

The best part is, she seems to write even faster than I do, so there's constantly something new to read, and she has an ongoing serial on her blog (although the serial has also been bundled into ebooks and is on sale for 99cents each book on Amazon.).

If you like sci-fi, spankings, double penetration, menages, domination/submission, sexy alpha males with strong females, and lots of plot and character development, she's a great read.

In my own little writing world... well, busy season at my day job has started and I've already got a lot less time for writing than I usually do.  *sigh*  I have a feeling it's going to be a rough season!  On the upside, I am still managing to get a little bit done.  I might share a teaser for the Dark Angel book soon, see what people think =)  I'm also having a good time writing the next chapter of From Terra - there's going to be a surprise guest!  Looking forward to that.  Some of you will probably guess who it is, now that I've told you, but that's okay, that's half the fun =D  Only two chapters away from being done with that, and, while I'll miss Chryssa, I'm definitely looking forward to moving on to something new.

From Terra Ch. 19

YAY!  Chapter 19 of From Terra is now out on Literotica =)  First chapter of the new year!  And it's a pretty good one, I think.  First of all, because it's not at all how it was supposed to be... too many readers knew exactly where I was going with it and so I decided to change things up a little and be less predictable LOL.  Plus, several people really were hoping to see Brik again and I thought up a way to bring him back, but only if I made the aforesaid changes.  We're now about 2 chapters away from the end, unless anything else changes.  Which means I should be started on finishing Tomboy Tease by February!  YAY!

In writing-writing... well, mostly I've been reading.  But I have been getting some writing done.  I've been working on the re-writes for Marriage Training, which are going to be pretty substantial, as I've said.  Even more substantial than I initially realized, since I've decided it's better to let Gabriel and Vivian have some kind of relationship through the entire book, so they're going to be occasionally meeting up during her training.  It's still going to be a fairly dark romance, but not quite AS dark as the Lit version was.  It's got an entirely new prologue, which shows Gabriel's weariness of all the meaningless sex, his changing desire for a singular woman who actually cares for him, and then his initial glimpse of Vivian which leads to him enrolling her in the school.  The writing agent suggested that and I got really excited about writing it =)

I've also been working hard on my Dark Angel story, which is going to be a hucow / milk fetish story.  Yeah, I'm branching out.  Plus, the Dark Angel penname is supposed to be for all the stuff that I don't normally write. I won't lie, I've got a bit of a fascination with the hucow stuff.  I'll occasionally read a book or two in it.  Some of it doesn't appeal at ALL (usually if there's no actual relationship happening or everything is machine based or the changes to the woman's body and psyche get to be too much), but some of it I find fascinating to read about.  Although, I always have trouble not giggling when the man insists the woman actually say "moo."  It's one of those fantasies (like non-con) that I think is appealing only in book form for me.  It's a lot of fun writing a book that has all the things I like about the fantasy and none of the things that I don't, since it's extremely rare that I ever manage to find a book like that to read.  Granted, I don't expect everyone else to feel the same way, since I know other people have different tastes than me, just saying... it's one of my favorite parts of being a writer.  Putting in all the things I like about something and leaving out the stuff I don't, no matter whether it's something more controversial like a fetish, or just a romance cliché.

Speaking of romance clichés... def something I'm going to have to avoid in Broken, which I haven't gotten started on yet.  Maybe I'll do that today.

2015 Resolutions

So, looking back at last year's resolutions, it occurs to me that I suck at life resolutions LOL.  I do much better at the writing ones.  Although, I am still making a personal resolution to get to the gym at least twice a week.  I was doing okay with it at the beginning of last year before I started slacking off... this year I've got more motivation though... I've gained some weight which means that my blood sugar has gone up.  UGH.

More about that when Leigh's story comes out... if you remember from Mastering Lexie, she's got some high blood sugar issues going on.  It's called "pre-diabetic" and it's a pain in the ass.  I decided to give poor Leigh a lot of my issues.  Her relationship with Michael has a lot of basis in my relationship with my ex-boyfriend, at least in the way that they deal with each other and the way that she has trouble letting go of him.  I'm looking forward to her getting a HEA... which will have some roots in my own HEA story =D  YAY!  So that's some fun little hints for that.

Anyway.  WRITING GOALS!  These I'm much better at.  Doing four goals this year and no bonus goal, because I have enough trouble finishing the regular goals LOL.

1.  Finish re-writing Marriage Training and submit it to my writing agent.

2.  Publish Broken (novella) and Breaking the Chain (novel) from the Stronghold series.

3.  Finish three uncompleted series on Lit (From Terra, Tomboy Tease, and Homeschooled).

4.  Publish at least one story under my Dark Angel penname.

I know that #3 is a repeat from last year, but last year at this time I thought I was a lot closer to finishing Taken by the Wolf than I actually was.  I'm only a few chapters away from completing From Terra, and then I'm going to jump to Tomboy Tease, which is only going to be one more chapter.  Which means I should (hopefully) be started on Homeschooled by March.  Homeschooled is going to be another longer series, and I'm really looking forward to it.  I've come up with all sorts of ideas about where it's going to go.

So yeah.  Those are the goals for this year and I'm pretty excited about them!  I think I'm actually going to be able to get more than those done, but for now, I'm going to leave it at that.  It'd be really nice if, at the end of this year, when I reflect back, I've gotten MORE done than I've resolved to do, instead of having failed at half of them =P

Anyone got any good resolutions for themselves this year???
